At Horizon Langues, protecting your personal data is a priority.
As part of the training courses we provide, we collect personal data about you.

The data controller is Horizon Langues, a self-employed worker, registered with the OCCITANIE Trade and Companies Register under number 953940517, whose registered office is located at 17 avenue Aristide Briand, 34120 Pézenas.

 Data from emails you have exchanged with our teams (e.g. email content and dates);

Mandatory data is indicated when you provide us with your data. It is marked with an asterisk and is necessary for us to carry out our training activities.

The following will have access to your personal data:
(i) Our company's staff;
(ii)  Our subcontractors: hosting provider, training management software, newsletter provider, CRM tool; (iii) Where applicable: public and private organisations, exclusively to meet our legal obligations.
 
5.  Is your data likely to be transferred outside the European Union?
Your data is kept and stored for the entire duration of processing on Amazon Web Services servers located in the European Union.
In the context of the tools we use (see article on recipients concerning our subcontractors), your data may be transferred outside the European Union. The transfer of your data in this context is secured by the following tools: this data is transferred to a country that has been deemed to offer an adequate level of protection by a decision of the European Commission.
